Kelly practices in the areas of:

With over 25 years’ experience as a lawyer, Kelly brings a wealth of expertise primarily focused on Family Law. Her career commenced in Family Law, branching into Criminal Law and Wills and Estates, enriching her practice.

During her tenure in London as a Lawyer for the London Borough of Barnet, Kelly honed her legal acumen. Her primary dedication remains in Family Law, where she has amassed extensive experience handling children’s issues, property disputes (both matrimonial and de facto), and spousal maintenance.

Kelly’s approach extends beyond legal counsel. She actively supports clients in negotiating their matters and crafting court documents efficiently. Her representation encompasses advocating in all Interim hearings and arguments, appearing in Court, and representing clients in mediation or family dispute resolution conferences.
