Marwa has significant expertise across a range of legal areas, including parenting matters, domestic violence issues and representing women from many different cultural backgrounds.
Marwa’s Honours Degree in Behavioural Science has equipped her with the skills and qualifications to deal with complex legal matters, especially cases involving trauma.
Her ongoing Master’s Degree studies focus on her interest areas of international law, child abduction and human rights. She has valuable experience in international family law matters including complex international child abduction matters
Marwa is a strong advocate for marginalised youth and migrants. Marwa is fluent in Arabic and Farsi (Persian) and these skills have allowed her to support many linguistically diverse people both as a volunteer and a lawyer. She is also a registered migration agent.
Her attention to detail, dedication to legal research and strong client focus add to her long list of achievements. Her experience in a range of legal areas also ensures that she can provide an excellent and comprehensive service to her clients, a great assurance during highly stressful times.
